Police arrest the top 2 lambat sibat suspect for illegal drugs in Labangan Zamboanga del Sur

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (June 28)—The Police operatives of Labangan Municipal Police Station arrested the top 3 illegal drug personality in the watch list municipal level during the conduct of drug buy operation Tuesday afternoon at Purok Banawag, Barangay Tawagan Norte in the nearby town of Labangan of this province.

Labangan Chief of Police Senior Inspector June Lawingan identified the suspect as Jesstie Bongolan, 20 year old a resident of Purok Pag-asa, Barangay Lantian of the said town. The suspect was wearing wrist bond of President Duterte when hand cup.

Police recovered from his possession 3 sachet of white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, 1 foil, 300 peso bill as marked money and other drug paraphernalia.

PSI Lawingan disclosed that the continued operations against illegal drugs was successful due to the support of the Local Government Units (LGU) as response to the campaign of the new administration of President Rody Digong Duterte.

For now the suspect is temporarily detained in Labangan Municipal Police Station Lock up cell for proper disposition.

Oplan Katok led to surrender of 3 firearms in Labangan



LABANGAN, Zamboanga del Sur – Some residents were voluntarily surrendered their firearms to the members of Labangan Municpal Police Station during the conduct of Oplan Katok in the three barangays of Dimaya, Binayan And Noburan in this Municipality on April 14, 2016.

The Oplan Katok is led by Labangan Municipal Police Chief PSI June A. Lawingan that resulted to the surrender of three firearms of different calibers. One caliber 38 revolver jaguar, bearing serial number 103394, owned by Vivencio De Ocampo of Barangay Dipaya ; one (1) unit caliber 38 pistol (jaguar), bearing serial number 103373, owned by Bonifacio Dag-Uman of Barangay Nuboran; and one (1) unit caliber 45 pistol deface, bearing serial number  536130, owned by Josue Jumanog of Barangay Binayan.

Lawingan said the said firearms were deposited at Labangan MPS for proper disposition.
